  • To help cure anaemia, you can drink a cup of tomato juice mixed with apple juice once every four hours
  • For easy digestion, use cumin seeds, coriander, turmeric and fennel to season your food
  • You can treat rashes by making a paste of cilantro (coriander) leaves and applying it over the infected areas
  • Drinking a glass of warm water mixed with lemon juice three to five times a day can treat indigestion
  • You could eat seeds of a cardamom and a clove together after meals to prevent acidity
  • Drinking a mixture of one teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm water twice a day can help manage arthritis pain
  • To prevent bad breath, clean your mouth with salt at night before sleeping
  • Drink buttermilk with a little ginger juice mixed to get relief from diarrhea
  • A glass of warm milk  before going to bed can help you enjoy an undisturbed and peaceful sleep
  • Eat a banana every day after breakfast to slow down the growth of ulcers in the stomach
  • Take 2 teaspoons of medicinal grade honey at bedtime to relieve cough
  • To prevent frequent colds, wash your hands often with plain soap and water for about 20 seconds
